Return and Cancellation Policy
E-mail info(at)bellusdesigns.com to receive your Return Authorization. Please include your full name and order number in the e-mail. *Merchandise returned without Return Authorization will not receive a refund.
Package the returned merchandise with extreme care. Returns damaged during transit will not receive a refund. Damaged returns are are discarded immediately and cannot be returned to sender. *Do not wrap or package merchandise directly with newspaper (the ink smears on the cardstock).

Mail to the below address via the least expensive postal method with online tracking. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase.
It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all customers sample our products & be sure of what they need before placing an order.
Refund credits will be received within 2-3 weeks, to the credit card or paypal account of the original purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE items: Clearance/discontinued items, samples, customized/personalized items & special orders.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
Please contact us immediately. Custom products such as custom engraving & printed items cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been printed or engraved. Orders are often being assembled within 1 hour of the order placement. Please e-mail us at info(at)bellusdesigns.com to cancel an existing order.
If the order has left our facility, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
